Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support DevOps pipelines, tooling, and automation at Feature/Lab team level.
- Recommend pipeline and tooling choices appropriate to Feature/Lab accountabilities and aligned with Group Strategy.
- Manage prescribed budgets and conduct complex analyses of budget progress where required.
- Identify shortcomings and deliver improvements to processes, systems, procedures, and IT security practices.
- Deliver outcomes using established data, knowledge, risk management, and strategic planning systems.
- Provide specialized training and coaching and develop the capabilities of direct reports.
- Set short-term objectives and help manage the performance of direct reports.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience.
- Experience delivering DevOps pipelines, tooling, and automation.
- Ability to recommend appropriate tooling and pipeline approaches in line with organizational strategy.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze causes and barriers, and deliver process or system improvements.
- Ability to work within established budget, data management, risk management, and strategic planning systems.
