Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support DevOps pipelines, tooling, and automation for a Feature/Lab team.
- Recommend appropriate pipeline and tooling choices in line with Group Strategy.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes while working within established data, knowledge, risk, strategic planning, and management systems.
- Identify shortcomings in IT security processes, systems, and procedures and suggest improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and deliver plans for defined areas with guidance from a project or programme manager.
- Manage direct reports, set short-term objectives, support performance management, and provide specialized training or coaching.
- Manage prescribed budgets and conduct complex analyses of budget progress where required.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience.
- Experience with DevOps pipeline, tooling, and automation responsibilities.
- Ability to identify process, system, and procedure improvements within IT security and related areas.
- Ability to manage others, develop direct reports, and provide specialized coaching or training.
