Base Salary

$144k - $191k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy real-time, map-based user interfaces for military robotics.
Define and implement APIs for network communications and real-time telemetry.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define software architectures and user experiences.
Utilize Android frontend technologies and high-performance backend languages.
Engage with the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) SDK and developer community.
Test and evaluate software using simulations and live flight assets.

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Experience developing software for user interface applications, especially data-intensive systems.
Proficiency in modern Android programming languages including Jetpack Compose, Java, and Kotlin.
Familiarity with backend programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Golang.
Understanding of client/server networking technologies like TCP/UDP and HTTP.
Ability to empathize with users and translate needs into software features.
Willingness to provide on-call support and travel up to 30% of the time.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
