Base Salary
$98k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale systems for marketing technology and user acquisition.
- Develop intuitive and performant user interfaces.
- Ensure scalability, testability, and maintainability throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with marketers, data analysts, and lifecycle teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, and best practice implementation.
- Propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency with modern TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
- Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
