Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems.
- Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional product team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional backend development experience using Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks is nice to have.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments is nice to have.
