Responsibilities
- Own front-end development of web applications from design handoff through polished, performant code.
- Build and maintain reusable components and front-end infrastructure using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with product designers, backend engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Improve UI/UX through A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics.
- Contribute technical input to the product’s direction.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- At least 3 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or SCSS.
- Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with API integration using REST or GraphQL.
- Experience with APIs, backend development, or Python is a plus.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
- Data visualization, AI-powered UX, personalization, WCAG accessibility, CI/CD, Jest, or Cypress experience is preferred.
