Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build new user interfaces, components, and libraries for enterprise applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Development, and Design teams to align technical and design decisions.
- Review code written by other frontend developers.
- Apply accessibility, privacy, SEO, and frontend development best practices.
- Monitor frontend technology trends and recommend technology adoption or migrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of equivalent professional experience without a degree.
- Strong experience with responsive web development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES5+, TypeScript, accessibility, and Node.js.
- At least 3 years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React, including client-side scripting.
- At least 2 years of experience with server-side rendering using Express.js.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, API testing and documentation with Postman, and HTTP clients such as Axios.
- Proficiency with Redux ecosystem tools including redux-saga, reselect, and redux-persist.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Sentry, Figma, styled-components, styled-system, CSS Modules, Formik, Yup, Webpack, esbuild, and object storage services such as S3.
- Experience with performance optimization, including code splitting and lazy loading, plus forms, validation, cross-browser compatibility, and UX edge cases.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools or platforms such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT while maintaining code quality and security.
