Responsibilities
- Design and develop business applications using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, React, and TypeScript.
- Create web parts, extensions, and custom solutions across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Entra ID, and Azure services.
- Build scalable, maintainable, secure solutions aligned with engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate directly with customers, stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and explore Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered development tools.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, support decision-making, and reduce repetitive work.
Requirements
- Experience developing solutions with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework.
- Advanced written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services through Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs.
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, and information architecture.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, or API Management.
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders, along with strong communication and consultancy skills.
- Ability to structure effective AI prompts, critically validate outputs, understand limitations, and take ownership of final results.
- Nice-to-have experience with Azure Logic Apps, Infrastructure as Code concepts, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Agents, or Microsoft certifications such as MS-600, MS-900, AZ-204, or PL-900.
