Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and design comprehensive, scalable Forescout solutions.
Create solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, reusable assets, templates, and best practices.
Lead technical discovery workshops, presentations, client training, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Advise customers on technical decisions and serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
Provide technical oversight during project delivery, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, deployment strategy, and quality adherence.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and constraints while ensuring solutions align with client objectives and industry standards.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and account teams on solution proposals and delivery.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute to innovative cybersecurity solutions.

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar professional-services role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, system integration, and API design.
Proficiency with relevant cloud platforms, networking, security solutions, and databases.
Familiarity with automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices.
Current Forescout FSCE certification.
Relevant industry certifications, including CISSP or similar, are preferred.
Strong consultative, communication, presentation, problem-solving, customer relationship, and project-management skills.
