Responsibilities
- Develop reliable, high-performance distributed backend systems for the full order lifecycle.
- Optimize, document, and maintain code with thorough test coverage.
- Conduct detailed, blame-free code reviews and collaborate with experienced team members.
- Analyze and resolve multithreading issues in a complex financial domain.
- Address functional and non-functional requirements while managing technical debt.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java 11+ including collections, streams, threads, and concurrency.
- Experience with Spring, AspectJ, Kotlin, JUnit5, and Mockito.
- Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Exposure to distributed systems with emphasis on performance and reliability, plus knowledge of asynchronous communication.
- Understanding of relational database internals, including indexes and locks.
- Experience debugging heap and thread dumps and profiling code with tools such as YourKit, JProfiler, and VisualVM.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and familiarity with trading and capital markets.
- B2+ English proficiency.
