Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while establishing development standards.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor team members and promote professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps is required.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
