Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software features for enterprise SaaS platforms and related product capabilities.
- Build reliable and scalable services, APIs, platform components, integrations, and customer-facing capabilities.
- Lead and influence the technical direction of RMM agent development.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Improve software performance, reliability, security, maintainability, automation, and observability.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, UX/UI, operations, and other engineers on roadmap delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience working with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Ability to understand deeply interconnected systems from a system architecture perspective.
- Excellent knowledge of Win32 APIs.
- Knowledge of networking protocols including HTTP, TLS, and WebSockets.
- Experience working with large cross-platform codebases.
- Strong understanding of concurrency and threading concepts.
- Ability to use AI-assisted code development tools for code generation, analysis, and reviews.
- Experience developing software for macOS and/or Linux.
- Ability to participate in design reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Bonus: experience with Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, AWS cloud infrastructure, or open-source software contributions.
