Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and enhance internal web applications, utilities, and automation workflows for business and technical teams.
- Develop AI-assisted features using LLM APIs and agentic AI patterns, including tool use, planners/executors, function calling, and evaluations.
- Prototype rapidly, gather feedback, and turn prototypes into stable production releases.
- Contribute to shared codebases using browser-based and terminal development workflows.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify problems and deliver practical solutions.
- Maintain documentation, commit history, and developer handoff notes for internal tools.
- Handle confidential internal systems and data appropriately.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- High school diploma is required.
- At least two years of experience with agentic AI frameworks or similar platforms is required.
- Professional experience building software such as internal tools, business applications, full-stack applications, or automation is required.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one general-purpose language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java, is required.
- Experience with Git repositories and collaboration practices such as branching, pull requests, and code review is required.
- Experience with or strong familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted development, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK patterns, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or comparable platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, .NET, system integrations, APIs, webhooks, databases, SSO/authentication, or background jobs.
- Familiarity with wireframes, PRDs, diagrams, lightweight specifications, and translating ideas into working software is preferred.
- Personal projects demonstrated through GitHub or a portfolio are preferred.
