Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native applications, services, and APIs using Go, Python, and Kubernetes.
- Drive delivery of the SCI Agentic AI platform across engineering teams and roadmap initiatives.
- Architect multi-agent systems integrating LLMs, prediction models, knowledge graphs, and operational data.
- Develop and productionize AI/ML capabilities including anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and runbook automation.
- Lead technical designs, architecture decisions, cross-functional workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and technical documentation.
- Improve software quality through automation, observability, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building and operating production-grade software.
- Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python.
- Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture experience, including distributed systems and microservices.
- Understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts including training, inference, evaluation, and deployment.
- Knowledge of agentic AI patterns such as multi-agent architectures, tool-use agents, reasoning loops, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, or production integration.
- Experience with data science fundamentals such as data pipelines, feature engineering, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling.
- Ability to lead complex technical workstreams, translate roadmaps into delivery plans, make trade-offs, and coordinate across teams.
- Clear technical communication, ownership, collaboration, and comfort working across cultures and locations.
