Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy technology projects and programs.
- Support the internal Market Data Service Layer and resolve technical challenges involving its technologies and procedures.
- Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
- Architect and build AI-powered solutions, including LLM integrations, RAG patterns, model orchestration, AI pipelines, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve technical and business goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 4+ years of technology development and strategy experience with hands-on Full Stack development and C# .NET Core.
- Experience with Blazor, Angular, or React, plus strong JavaScript/TypeScript and advanced JavaScript skills.
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases and the ability to write medium or complex queries.
- Experience architecting AI-powered solutions involving LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, model orchestration, AI pipelines, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with Windows and Web services, event-driven architecture using Kafka Event Streaming, REST API development, Postman, and Swagger.
- Experience building unit tests with XUnit and automation tests with Selenium and C#.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, responsive design, front-end and back-end integration, and DevOps processes and tools.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, developer-led functional automation, automated deployment, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication, independent working ability, stakeholder collaboration, project leadership, and cross-functional influence.
