Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, system integration, regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Build and maintain automated regression test suites using OATS, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent tools.
- Perform parallel payroll validation against legacy outputs and resolve variances before production cutover.
- Conduct Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing, including testing with assistive technologies.
- Coordinate agency UAT activities, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
- Design and execute performance and load testing for peak federal workforce transaction volumes.
- Manage defects using JIRA or equivalent tools, including severity classification, root cause analysis, and trend reporting.
- Test integrations with EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, payroll providers, Employee Express, MyPay, and other federal systems.
- Validate Oracle quarterly updates through targeted regression testing.
- Develop test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test execution reports.
- Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues, mentor less experienced team members, and lead small technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent.
- Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or comparable defect and test management tools.
- Understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, test-driven development, and shift-left strategies.
- Experience coordinating UAT, including planning, execution support, and defect triage.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include 8 or more years of testing experience, large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience, and ISTQB certification.
- Preferred experience includes JMeter, Gatling, Oracle Load Testing, Section 508 testing with ANDI, axe, or JAWS, federal HR processes, parallel payroll validation, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
