Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies covering functional, system integration, regression, performance, security, accessibility, data migration, and UAT testing for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent tools.
- Perform parallel payroll validation by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM results with legacy system outputs and resolving variances before cutover.
- Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards using assistive technologies.
- Coordinate agency UAT, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
- Design and execute performance and load tests for peak federal workforce transaction volumes.
- Manage defects using JIRA or equivalent tools, including severity classification, root cause analysis, and trend reporting.
- Test integrations with EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, payroll providers, Employee Express, MyPay, and other federal systems.
- Validate Oracle quarterly updates and maintain test plans, cases, traceability matrices, and execution reports.
- Lead small technical initiatives, perform technical reviews, mentor junior team members, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience, with additional experience permitted in place of a degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent automation tools.
- Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or equivalent defect and test management tools.
- Understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, test-driven development, and shift-left strategies.
- Experience coordinating UAT, including test planning, execution support, and defect triage.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of testing experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or ERP implementation experience, ISTQB certification, performance testing experience, Section 508 accessibility testing, federal HR process knowledge, parallel payroll validation, Python, JavaScript, or Groovy scripting, and Oracle Cloud technology experience.
