Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Work independently, become a subject matter expert, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and application development activities.
- Document application processes and workflows.
- Use troubleshooting and debugging skills to support application delivery.
- Continue learning current technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience with the Salesforce OmniStudio Platform.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce OmniStudio Platform.
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- Salesforce Apex and Visualforce experience is preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
