Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design and develop software features and modules aligned with architecture guidelines.
- Develop Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure and Operations Manager Cloud Infrastructure product capabilities for 5G and telecom environments.
- Build cloud-native applications using Go, Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Create automation and test designs using Robot Framework.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, AI-assisted engineering tools, and integrations with LLMs, ML models, and intelligent agents.
- Work with network protocols, Linux, scripting, virtualization, and open-source technologies.
- Collaborate using Agile practices and tools including Git, GitLab, Gerrit, and JIRA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized, accredited institution.
- 10–15 years of software development experience in network management software such as NMS, EMS, or OSS within telecom or networking.
- Strong programming skills in Go and Python, with a focus on AI-native development.
- Hands-on experience developing cloud-native products with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, network protocols, open-source technologies, Linux, scripting, and virtualization.
- Experience with automation, test design, Robot Framework, AI-enabled workflows, LLMs, ML models, and intelligent agents.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Gerrit, and JIRA.
