Base Salary
$175k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve AI/ML systems and data pipelines infrastructure.
- Work with and enable other engineers focused on modeling and agentic capabilities.
- Build systems that leverage AI for proactive monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure health.
- Write robust, maintainable, and testable code.
- Mentor junior engineers and learn from experienced team members.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in software engineering.
- BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or a related degree.
- Proven ability to design and ship production-ready software, especially in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Java.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, cross-functional team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards leading, learning, and taking ownership of tasks.
