Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis, technical design, hands-on development, and end-to-end delivery of scalable B2B eCommerce solutions.
- Gather and document functional requirements, customer journeys, workflows, technical user stories, estimates, dependencies, and technical risks.
- Design and develop secure, scalable, maintainable full-stack solutions using Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise integrations.
- Perform code and API reviews, develop prototypes, validate configurations, troubleshoot issues, triage defects, and support testing and release readiness.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture standards, secure coding, automated testing, observability, performance, scalability, and cloud-ready practices.
- Communicate solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA, operations, and leadership.
- Embed GitHub Copilot and responsible AI practices across requirements, coding, testing, documentation, reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Design agentic workflows with guardrails, traceability, monitoring, evaluation, and human oversight.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including significant enterprise B2B eCommerce, techno-functional leadership, hands-on development, and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on full-stack expertise with Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security, scalability, application troubleshooting, accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and front-end testing.
- Experience gathering functional requirements, managing stakeholders, and leading both business and technical discussions.
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, generative AI, prompt/context engineering, AI-assisted development, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
- Knowledge or experience with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, tool-enabled agents, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, monitoring, and enterprise security.
- Preferred experience with SAP Commerce Cloud/SAP Hybris B2B capabilities, customizations, extensions, integrations, SAP ERP/S4, SAP SD, and integrations involving ERP, CRM, payments, tax, inventory, order management, PIM, and third-party platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of cloud-native/containerized architecture, Agile delivery, and solution demonstrations or proof-of-concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Benefits
- Starting salary range of $132,000-$173,250 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus; the role is salaried exempt and not eligible for overtime.
