Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions to maintain system health and availability.
- Use automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document findings and solutions and contribute to monitoring and incident-management best practices.
- Provide guidance and expertise to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and understanding of related system architecture and infrastructure components.
- Experience with incident response and root cause analysis in complex software environments.
- Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
