- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems using Java/Kotlin and Spring Framework.
- Proven ownership and improvement of complex services or domains.
- Strong system design skills considering performance, reliability, and security.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and make impactful technical decisions.
