Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and business decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide professional guidance and support.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align teams and support timely project milestone delivery.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles in enterprise software environments.
- Experience resolving complex software issues and maintaining system stability.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and application deployment best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
