Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain developer-facing APIs, libraries, tools, and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for AI developer tooling and help shape architecture, technical direction, and product roadmaps.
- Improve developer workflows and experiences while optimizing performance, power, reliability, observability, and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and developer teams to understand user needs and align technical decisions with product and ecosystem goals.
- Drive software quality through testing, code review, maintainable implementations, and contributions to upstream and open-source projects where appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux, containerisation, and programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Proven ability to deliver maintainable software through automated testing, continuous integration, effective engineering processes, and customer feedback.
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar domains, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Passion for building high-quality developer tools and intuitive AI workflows.
- Experience with developer-facing CLIs, SDKs, APIs, or web tools is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Arm architectures is beneficial.
- Understanding of neural-network execution and inference runtimes, including computational graphs, operators, memory management, backend partitioning, and heterogeneous hardware execution, is beneficial.
- Experience with hardware-aware model optimization, performance analysis, quantization, graph optimization, operator fusion, precision reduction, profiling, and debugging is beneficial.
- Experience with PyTorch, ONNX, ONNX Runtime, ExecuTorch, TensorFlow, LiteRT, or OpenVINO is beneficial.
