Responsibilities
- Write, test, and debug C++ code for the OESIS Framework.
- Implement well-scoped features and bug fixes through requirements clarification, development, and unit and functional testing.
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and debugging.
- Learn endpoint security concepts including anti-malware detection, patch and vulnerability assessment, and device compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, and Product Management in the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures and algorithms.
- Curiosity about or prior exposure to AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, good English communication skills, and reliability.
- C++ fundamentals, including syntax, memory management, and object-oriented programming, are beneficial.
- Exposure to Python, Squirrel, Lua, Windows, macOS, Linux, operating-system concepts, Git, cybersecurity, endpoint protection, device compliance, or LLM concepts is beneficial.
