Responsibilities
- Maintain, migrate, and scale AWS infrastructure using Terraform, including EC2, ECS, and data storage.
- Maintain and optimize GoCD and GitHub Actions build and deployment pipelines for Node.js, Python, Rust, and C++ services.
- Manage Docker images and ECS orchestration across development and production environments.
- Implement and monitor metrics, logs, and alerts with Datadog and proactively analyze traffic patterns.
- Own infrastructure compliance requirements related to SOC2.
- Analyze usage patterns and reduce AWS infrastructure costs while maintaining performance.
- Maintain and improve third-party service integrations.
- Audit and improve security practices across public and private access endpoints.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
- Strong proficiency with AWS core services, including EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, and IAM.
- Production experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Solid experience with Docker and container orchestration.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines; GoCD and GitHub Actions are preferred.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus.
- Experience working in a polyglot environment with Node.js, Python, C++, or Rust is a plus.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration using Prisma ORM is a plus.
- Experience handling infrastructure SOC2 compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and drive projects to completion.
