Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and distribute releases for the Avaloq core banking system and ACPR container platform.
- Ensure successful change implementation across development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage Avaloq end-of-period processing.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize Avaloq and ACPR platforms with internal and external partners.
- Continuously develop and automate deployment, build, and release processes.
- Advance technical standardization and analyze incidents to identify sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with Avaloq specialists, software engineers, test engineers, service managers, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Experience operating, engineering, or managing releases for business-critical applications.
- Interest in modern platforms, automation, and complex technical environments.
- Avaloq knowledge is advantageous, or willingness to learn the platform.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo, or comparable tools are preferred.
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems and scripting or automation is advantageous.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style and effective cross-team communication.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Willingness to perform planned weekend work and on-call duty.
- Ability or willingness to use modern automation and AI-supported tools to improve operations and engineering processes.
