Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and distribute releases for the Avaloq Core Banking System and ACPR container platform.
- Ensure successful change implementation across development, test, and production environments.
- Manage end-of-period processing in Avaloq.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize Avaloq and ACPR platforms with internal and external partners.
- Develop and automate deployment, build, and release processes.
- Advance CI/CD practices and standardize technical procedures.
- Analyze technical incidents and identify sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with Avaloq specialists, software engineers, test engineers, service managers, and infrastructure teams.
- Use modern automation and AI-supported tools to improve operational and engineering processes.
- Participate in planned weekend assignments and on-call duty.
Requirements
- Experience in operating, engineering, or release management for business-critical applications.
- Interest in modern platforms, automation, and complex technical environments.
- Avaloq experience is advantageous, or willingness to learn the environment.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo, or comparable tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux systems and knowledge of scripting or automation are advantageous.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
