Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable backend services in Rust and Go for real-time edge computing solutions.
  • Develop reliable MQTT messaging and connectivity capabilities for device communication and data flow.
  • Own features from architecture and development through deployment and production support.
  • Create APIs and integrations connecting field devices with cloud-based services and applications.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and field teams to improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Own the product lifecycle, including code, tests, CI/CD pipelines, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Rust and/or Go.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with MQTT and real-time messaging systems.
  • Proven expertise designing and deploying microservices in edge environments.
  • Ability to own solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
  • Professional English communication skills for collaboration and technical documentation.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
