Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and reliable backend applications.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborative software development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of cloud services.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and share best practices with the team.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional backend development experience.
- At least two years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of system administration.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Availability to cover Eastern through Pacific time zones, UTC-5 through UTC-8.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
