Responsibilities
- Architect data ingestion and synchronization into the Knowledge Graph.
- Coordinate integration with external systems like Jira and Zendesk.
- Design the Data Marketplace for customer data consumption.
- Publish observability data and support data access APIs.
- Define operational readiness for systems across various deployments.
- Translate product problems into technical plans and roadmaps.
- Resolve cross-team coordination issues to maintain delivery.
- Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through reviews and pairing.
Requirements
- Experience owning product or platform systems end to end at the staff level.
- Strong fullstack technical skills in Go, Ruby, and Node.
- Depth in areas like reporting platforms or data access integrations.
- Hands-on experience with production data ingestion and system integrations.
- Experience operating multi-tenant systems in SaaS and self-managed environments.
- Strong judgment in ambiguity and ability to make tradeoffs.
- Clear written communication skills for architecture proposals.
- A proactive approach to collaboration with transferable experience.
