Base Salary
$105k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
- Work directly with business users day to day inside a delivery pod.
- Maintain quality through testing and evaluations of everything that ships.
- Implement designs from the Solution Architect and identify gaps or missed considerations.
- Collaborate with the business as a capable hands-on builder.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building software or AI.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Comfort working directly with business users.
- Preferred experience with RAG and agent systems.
- Preferred exposure to agentic coding tools and evaluation-driven pipelines.
- Preferred front-end skills and exposure to healthcare or higher education.
- AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 or AI-102 certification is preferred.
- Meets the stated FDE-ready floor of Embedding L3 with AI L3 at day 0.
