Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance software components for host software platforms.
  • Build scalable infrastructure, communication libraries, and data-movement frameworks for distributed AI workloads.
  • Drive feature development, debugging, profiling, testing, and performance optimization across the software stack.
  • Collaborate with runtime, compiler, kernel, firmware, and hardware engineers.
  • Participate in software architecture, design reviews, requirements definition, traceability, and implementation planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 4+ years of related experience; or a master’s degree plus 3+ years; or a PhD plus 2+ years.
  • At least 2 years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • At least 5 years of Linux user-space software development experience, including API design, IOCTL interfaces, and multithreaded programming.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on modern C++ experience, including design, implementation, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
  • Understanding of PCIe endpoint devices, device memory architecture, host-device interactions, Linux drivers, distributed systems, and large-scale software platforms.
  • Experience with GoogleTest, peripheral driver development, RDMA, high-performance communication technologies, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers.
  • Understanding of CPU cores, cache hierarchies, memory subsystems, interconnects, buses, and I/O components.
  • Strong Git knowledge and experience with source-code and configuration-management tools.
  • Experience with requirements management, traceability, software lifecycle processes, and software development and debugging tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
