Base Salary

$103k - $137k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, custom metadata, and Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
  • Own requirements analysis, technical design, code review, testing, and production deployment across scratch orgs, sandboxes, and production.
  • Develop and configure Agentforce agents, Einstein AI features, and prompt templates for workflow automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Databricks and external platforms including NetSuite, Workday, Clari, Certinia, and MuleSoft.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, static analysis, and deployment gating.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, exploration, and pipeline debugging.
  • Establish coding standards, test coverage requirements, architecture practices, branching strategies, and release processes.
  • Lead technical design reviews, mentor peers, review code, document architecture and runbooks, and partner with business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Apex, including asynchronous patterns, governor limits, and test-driven development, plus Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, including data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, segments, and activations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, source-driven development, and deployments across multiple sandbox environments to production.
  • Experience building or maintaining Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data lake platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Ability to operate in terminal and CLI environments and independently read, write, and debug scripts.
  • Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein AI features, or prompt-based Salesforce automation.
  • Strong communication, ownership, self-direction, stakeholder translation, and technical leadership skills.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP API integration design, event-driven architecture, NetSuite, Workday, Clari, Certinia, Salesforce CPQ, or Revenue Cloud is preferred.
  • Active Salesforce certifications, B2B SaaS experience, or cybersecurity industry experience is preferred.
