Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas during technical discussions and collaborate across global technology teams.
- Design, test, and deploy features for WEX’s global financial technology platform.
- Pair with engineers to design, test, and ship high-impact software features.
- Use advanced AI developer tools, generative AI, and LLM tooling to improve development workflows.
- Attend technical workshops and present project demos.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Have a solid foundation in modern object-oriented or functional programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Go.
- Demonstrate logical reasoning, curiosity, and interest in understanding system design from first principles.
- Communicate proactively and be willing to seek and apply technical feedback.
- Show interest in generative AI, LLM tooling, and modern developer utilities.
