Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to understand business requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage or coordinate team performance.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with O9 Solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integrating custom components within enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned solutions.
