Responsibilities
- Design and develop a brand-new DNS product for a distributed cloud offering.
- Build scalable, secure, stable, and reliable software for customers.
- Continuously automate and optimize technical processes.
- Conduct problem and error analyses and identify sustainable solutions.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native software and participate in the NeoNephos CNCF organization.
Requirements
- Experienced software developer with expertise in Go.
- Comprehensive understanding of the DNS protocol.
- Proficiency developing and deploying software with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Good understanding of virtualization frameworks such as KubeVirt and KVM.
- Experience developing Kubernetes operators and familiarity with their architecture.
- Deep knowledge of the cloud-native landscape and CNCF ecosystem components.
- Skills with interface and communication technologies including REST and gRPC.
- Solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
- Knowledge of CoreDNS and familiarity with Talos, Cilium, and Ceph are preferred.
