Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software components and applications using modern frameworks and agile practices.
- Implement agent tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, clean code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Develop unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, and communicate trade-offs and results with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in two or more of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- 15 years of full-time education.
