Responsibilities
- Build advanced AI agent workflows on n8n and Supernal's proprietary platform.
- Design, implement, and deploy conversational agents with multi-turn flows and state management.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for high-priority customer implementations.
- Translate customer requirements and SOWs into clear technical designs and execution plans.
- Make and own architectural decisions across LLM orchestration and API integrations.
- Handle real-world voice system challenges including latency and error handling.
- Write automated tests for isolated logic and full workflow validation.
- Actively debug complex production issues across agent logic and integrations.
- Partner with delivery and product leadership to manage timelines and technical tradeoffs.
- Review technical work for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Define and document best practices for building reliable AI Employees.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer or systems builder shipping production systems.
- Hands-on experience deploying voice agents using leading platforms.
- Understanding of multi-turn conversation design and state management.
- Experience tackling real-time constraints in production environments.
- Proficient in writing automated tests as part of the development process.
- Solid engineering fundamentals including error handling and clean interfaces.
- Comfortable owning delivery outcomes end-to-end, including timelines and client success.
- Deep experience with agentic architectures and workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of LLM orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Ability to prototype quickly and deliver production-quality systems.
- Strong debugging skills for edge cases and real-world API failures.
- Fluent communication skills in English for technical discussions.
- Ability to drive decisions and manage meetings effectively.
