Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Assess client processes, define future-state solutions, and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale implementations, integrations, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Identify delivery risks, guide technical governance, and ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor consultants and technical team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Advise on ServiceNow platform adoption, change management, and long-term solution success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or an enterprise technology environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs, integrations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Industry domain expertise in ServiceNow workflow areas and related business processes.
- Experience using AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven insights to improve business outcomes and service delivery.
- Effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications aligned with relevant workflow areas.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on client and business requirements.
- Experience as a trusted advisor for enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Expertise in platform adoption, change management, technical strategy, governance, and mentoring technical teams is preferred.
