Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, secure AI-driven software systems and full-stack components.
- Build agentic workflows, orchestration, tool use, APIs, services, and user interfaces.
- Integrate enterprise applications and services using APIs and middleware, and troubleshoot interoperability issues.
- Develop software and participate in deployments in cloud environments, including deployment scripts, infrastructure-as-code, and performance tuning.
- Define agent evaluation strategies using golden datasets, regression suites, scenario coverage, reliability checks, and behavioral monitoring.
- Design and execute unit, integration, automated, and complex system tests; analyze failures and contribute to automation frameworks.
- Support architecture translation, low-level design, technical documentation, design discussions, and trade-off analysis.
- Conduct code and design reviews, lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to planning and estimation.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, Product, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Six to nine years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
- Experience delivering AI- and LLM-powered features involving agents, agentic frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and workflow automation in real user workflows.
- Proficiency with at least one modern full-stack technology stack and with agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, containerization, Kubernetes, Azure cloud-native services, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, system integration, application performance, and system design.
- Demonstrated ability to design, test, debug, and optimize complex systems in collaborative environments.
- Experience with .NET ecosystem frameworks and ReactJS is a plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, ownership, prioritization, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
