Base Salary
$128k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on BMC Remedy/Helix application and integration capabilities.
- Gather and document requirements, designs, implementation guides, and test scripts.
- Develop Helix workflows, forms, fields, data imports, service offerings, and integrations with external systems.
- Build and maintain REST API, web service, LDAP, and data migration interfaces.
- Support incidents, customer communications, change requests, production maintenance, and service-level objectives.
- Manage sprint commitments, technical debt, demonstrations, implementation reviews, and delivery milestones.
- Maintain system integrity through configuration control, change management, and prescribed operating procedures.
- Participate in customer onboarding, sustainment support, continual service improvement, daily scrums, sprint planning, and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- BMC Accredited Administrator certification or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
- Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and Helix application process flows.
- Experience with SaaS solutions or AWS cloud environments.
- Expert familiarity with one or more Helix 23.x+ applications, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, CMDB, Asset Management, or Digital Workplace Portal.
- Experience using Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM, REST APIs, or web services for interfaces or data migration.
- Ability to gather customer requirements, document processes, analyze data, troubleshoot using logs, and provide customer demonstrations.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, and working knowledge of relational databases and networking concepts.
- Experience working across multiple projects and teams in a remote environment; Agile experience and Jira story management are preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required and may be obtained within three months of the start date.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance before starting.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
