Responsibilities
- Create and execute tests and support testing processes within a functional area.
- Automate tests and create or enhance automation frameworks for quality solution delivery.
- Perform mobile application automation using Appium.
- Perform web automation using Selenium.
- Conduct API testing and automation using REST Assured.
- Use Cucumber to manage and execute test cases.
- Analyze requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
- Support defect tracking and testing activities using applicable tools.
Requirements
- Requires 2–4 years of experience in quality engineering or software testing using industry-standard tools.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming, collections, and exception handling.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation.
- Experience with Appium for mobile application automation.
- Experience with the Cucumber framework for managing and executing test cases.
- Experience with REST Assured for API testing and automation.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Zeyphr and JTMF.
- Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
- Preferred: exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Preferred: basic knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with proxy tools such as Charles and Wiremock.

- Base salary of $69,700–$98,400 CAD plus eligibility for discretionary variable compensation.
