Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modernize large-scale web applications for Uline.com.
- Influence architecture and technical direction for the web platform.
- Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews for complex initiatives.
- Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and customer experience.
- Mentor and coach developers and provide technical guidance.
- Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies during modernization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience developing web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Preferred experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, Dynatrace, or NiFi.
- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
