Base Salary

$105k - $235k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native services, APIs, and platforms for OCI data center growth and repair operations.
  • Build automation-first software for task execution, workflow orchestration, inventory workflows, guided procedures, prioritization, and self-service tooling.
  • Lead design of major features and subsystems spanning integrations, analytics, operational dashboards, and backend sources of truth.
  • Improve technician productivity, issue resolution speed, operational consistency, and reduction of manual work.
  • Drive observability, alerting, automated validation, resilient architecture, telemetry, and measurable service health.
  • Partner with product, operations, infrastructure, and service teams to translate data center workflows into scalable software.
  • Contribute to architecture reviews, design standards, testing practices, deployment safety, and production readiness.
  • Work independently on complex projects, make cross-team technical decisions, and mentor engineers through reviews and implementation guidance.
  • Champion secure, maintainable, extensible software that scales across global OCI data center environments.

Requirements

  • At least 11 years of software development experience, or a B.Tech degree in a listed technical or related field and at least 7 years of software development experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience with programming and/or scripting languages such as SQL, C/C++, or JavaScript.
  • At least 4 years of database experience.
  • Preferred: at least 1 year working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Demonstrated skills in data analysis, automation, compliance, quality assurance, scripting, software test plans, user experience development, code review, software estimation, and embedded systems.

  • US hiring range is $104,500 to $234,600 per year, with potential bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
