Base Salary

$95k - $122k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Build production-grade AI applications, REST APIs, conversational experiences, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Develop scalable AI solutions using cloud-native architectures, event-driven patterns, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Manage the AI product lifecycle from experimentation and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, optimization, and business adoption.
  • Implement model deployment, monitoring, observability, governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance controls.
  • Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
  • Apply software design patterns, testing strategies, and production support practices.
  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and mentor less experienced colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications.
  • Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or Mistral.
  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases, plus experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, AI application optimization, MLOps, and LLMOps.
  • Experience integrating AI services through APIs and enterprise systems and working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of software design patterns, testing strategies, production support, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven patterns.
  • Experience implementing responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance controls for enterprise AI solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with product teams and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
