Responsibilities

  • Build agent pipelines and tool and data integrations connecting AI agents to Autodesk, SAP, Databricks, and other enterprise systems.
  • Take features from prototype through production deployment, monitoring, controlled release, and ongoing troubleshooting.
  • Write tests, contract checks, evaluation cases, and regression checks to verify agent output and detect behavioral drift.
  • Implement platform components within established engineering patterns and provide concrete feedback when patterns do not fit.
  • Pair with senior engineers and progressively take ownership of more difficult platform work, including integrations, evaluation gates, and orchestration components.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping and maintaining production features.
  • Hands-on experience building real systems with LLMs or AI agents using an agent framework, LLM API, or tool-calling system.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in testing, version control, code review, and debugging, including work with nondeterministic outputs.
  • Comfort deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting a service in a cloud environment; AWS experience is preferred.
  • Some experience with SaaS APIs, data movement between systems, data warehouses, or lakehouses.
  • Ability to ship working systems, iterate in production, and seek help when blocked.
  • Preferred: experience with an agent framework or SDK, AI or LLM output evaluation, Databricks or a similar lakehouse platform, tool-integration layers such as MCP servers, non-software-company engineering organizations, or public work such as open source or side projects.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to learn from senior engineers and an architect while building a foundational enterprise AI platform.
  • Growth path toward ownership of increasingly difficult AI platform components.
