Responsibilities
- Independently develop complex software and deliver assigned work on schedule while maintaining product quality.
- Own code quality through source-code reviews and defect-prevention activities.
- Provide bottom-up estimates and contribute to analysis, design, planning, and technical processes.
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with peers, raise issues, and support timely problem resolution.
- Follow agile development methodologies and test-driven development practices.
- Stay current with AI trends, tools, and practices relevant to UI solutions and information management.
Requirements
- Requires BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- Requires 5–8 years of product development experience.
- Requires strong problem-solving, analytical, design, coding, and object-oriented analysis skills.
- Requires good professional experience with Java, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Requires familiarity with the software development lifecycle and software estimation.
- Requires technical knowledge of SQL, databases, data modeling, technical design, regression testing, and performance.
- Knowledge of the content management domain, OScript, Content Server, AI agents and tools, and agentic AI frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, W3C standards, object orientation, and programming and scripting languages including JavaScript and DHTML is expected.
