Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Build and maintain solutions across CSM, HRSD, ECP, ITSM, and other ServiceNow products.
Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, platform best practices, security, and governance.
Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow integrations.
Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot platform defects and performance issues, and resolve production incidents.
Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Platform Administrators, and cross-functional teams.
Stay current with ServiceNow roadmaps, features, and industry best practices.
Coach junior ServiceNow developers and colleagues and promote reusable, user-focused, out-of-the-box solutions.

At least 7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Employee Centre Pro, and IT Service Management.
Experience with additional ServiceNow products such as Financial Services Operations and Legal Service Delivery.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience building and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, security, and platform performance best practices.
Experience working within SAFe Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM, HRSD, or FSO.
SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist certification is desirable.
Nice-to-have experience includes Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD, Automated Test Framework, and large enterprise or global environments.
