Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks across desktop, web, and backend systems.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines.
- Perform unit, integration, system, UI, performance, stress, and load testing.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability.
- Introduce and apply AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering.
- Strong expertise across multiple testing layers, including unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Practical experience with Playwright and Cypress or similar modern automation tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and GitLab CI or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
- Experience with Java or C# is a plus.
- Experience with Ranorex, penetration testing, regulated industries, or German is a plus.
