Base Salary
$104k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale Braze’s SMS and RCS messaging channels.
- Develop features spanning message composition, sending, responses, analytics, click tracking, and link shortening.
- Ship high-value full-stack features quickly from concept through delivery.
- Own key technical areas and drive initiatives across teams and functions.
- Solve open-ended distributed-systems problems and help maintain platform dependability as traffic expands.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Professional experience building distributed systems at scale.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Prior experience working in a team environment.
- Bonus experience with Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, React, or TypeScript.
- Experience with agile processes is a bonus.
